This letter is to inform you that the parcel of land for which I have included the legal
description is being developed for a residential sub -division in the City of Fort Collins. It
is a requirement of the City that I notify the holder of the mineral rights that this is taking
place.
I am also including a copy of the Quitclaim Deed showing that the mineral rights were
transferred to First Bank and Trust of Bryan Texas in 1982 and as per our phone
conversation you said that First American Bank had bought First Bank and Trust. This
letter is to serve as notification that the property is being developed.
