10. Acknowledged and revised.
11.
a. Pedestrian connections have been shown that link the site to
Mitchell Drive to the west, to the existing site to the east and to
future development to the southeast
b. Enhanced crosswalks at driveway entrances and at connections to
the Continental Plaza have been delineated. The only exception is
near the rear driveway entrance on the west side of the tower where
a north to south connection would lead to the north detention pond.
C. This connection is blocked by existing trees which are part of the
Continental Office Plaza.

a. Acknowledged.
b. The southernmost sidewalk connection from Mitchell Drive has
been revised to be more direct and terminates in a plaza that
overlooks the detention area.
C. After meeting with planning staff and coordinating with water/
wastewater staff, it was concluded that if the tower connection was
a habitable space, then the proposal would be considered one
building. We have made this change by creating office space in the
tower and have made a more direct south sidewalk treatment
thereby eliminating the need to request modifications.
