The attached antennas, totaling three panel antenna and one dish antenna, will match the pole's color and will deviate very little from the existing aesthetics of the power pole. The existing pole allows the antennas to be placed at a height to allow them to propagate signal to the areas in the City where signal is currently weak or non-existent. The facility is designed to utilize Federal Communications Commission licensed radio frequency as a means of providing Personal Communications Services (PCS) wireless service. Equipment- Accessory equipment will be housed behind a wood fence The compound which entirely within a parking space at the County Cork restaurant. Conclusion Western Wireless' Radio Frequency Engineers have determined the Platte River Power pole location is essential to adequately provide PCS service to the City of Fort Collins. The chosen design demonstrates qualities and characteristics that both The City and Western Wireless find desirable and we are proud of the aesthetically sensitive proposal.
