Collins, CO 80522-0580 Dear Ms Harter: We are writing about the Rigden Farm development; specifically, about the planned road which, we understand, will run right next to the fence in our backyard. It was our understanding when we purchased the property that a road would not run that close to our property. We feel that a buffer zone placed where the road is now planned would be more desireable. We would appreciate receiving more information about this matter and would like to know what you think about this issue.
