Dear Steve,
Here are our responses to the comments dated January 13, 1999 for the McCLELLAND OFFICE PARK
II, Project Development Plan - #54-98:
2. There is an existing Utility Easement with utilities in the easement.
3. 18"-24" will be the encroachment into the easement for the A/C pad.
4. a. Existing easement with utilities forces building to existing easement line.
b. Bicycle parking has been relocated.
C. The buildings are planned for all medical use.

11. A sidewalk to the east parking lot is provided from Building 3, past Building 2 to street sidewalk.
12. There is no pedestrian access connection from the lot on the north to lot 3.

14. A 4' clearance has been provided between stalls as per Steve Olt.
16. See request for modification.
17. Lot 1 is existing, Lots 2 & 3 are now owned by TO SLO Investments.
