The proposed projects are commonly known as the McClelland Office Park II, Project Development Plan, #54-98. This is a request for a Project Development Plan (PDP) for a medical office complex containing two 1-story buildings on a site that is 1.34 acres in size. The property is located on the east side of McClelland Drive between Harvard Street (to the north) and West Swallow Road (to the south). The total floor area of the two buildings would be 15,000 square feet (7,500 square feet on the single floor of each of the buildings). The property is in the C — Commercial Zoning District. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, but would like to provide input, written comments are welcome. Please Note: Due to the number of projects being reviewed by the Board, there is no guarantee this item will be heard on the date advertised. For the benefit of those attending the meeting, the Board typically sets their schedule at the beginning of the meeting.
