CONSTCTION Development Schedule
AN EQUILATERAL COMPANY Dear Mr. Blanchard:
We anticipate a smooth and successful review process for this project with the
development agreements signed on or before July 7, 2000. The project would be
constructed in two phases: phase one would consist of three buildings for fifteen units
with a combination of all four unit types in the southeast corner of the parcel. Phase two
would be the balance of the project as described below.
7/7/00
Sign development agreements; begin phase 1 utility construction.
8/15/00
Grade & pave phase 1 drives.
9/1/00
Begin construction of phase 1; three buildings/15 units.
10/1/00
Continue utility construction, phase 2.
2/1/01
Complete phase 1 units.
3/1/01
Begin construction of phase 2 units in increments of four buildings
(average of 20 units per increment) in five month intervals for an
absorption rate of four units per month.

Complete construction and close out the project.

Total Development Time
Development of the drainageway would be by the Rigden LLC. LaGrange LLC is
responsible for the landscaping within the drainageway. Final schedules and
requirements between the parties have not yet been determined for this work.
Because of the integration of retaining walls into walkways joining the units, final
improvements to the drainageway shall have to be phased along with the development of
the units. A planting plan that facilitated erosion control while allowing construction to
proceed along the edge of the drainageway shall be considered and reviewed with Storm
Water and Planning.
