O6/25/2013: Traffic Op's is requesting the bus stop shown on Shields Street be designed as a
pull-out stop. Traffic has concerns with a vehicle being stopped in the roadway on the heavier
congested roadways. There may be a school sign in the vicinity but Traffic is willing to remove
the sign for the bus pull-out.

Traffic Department would prefer to have a bus pullout in this location. Transfort is not opposed
to this and is willing to work with the applicant as needed to make this work. Please contact
myself and Ward Stanford to figure out how to make this work.

2) Sequence Plans and Chart 3) Site Specific Erosion Control Details in Appendix B (Urban
Drainage is not specific enough) 4) 1 need to see something that talks about and addresses
how you are planning on minimizing the access to the permiable pavers to avoid materials
being placed on top and in effect clogging the drainage medium.

O6/26/2013: Since a street tree cannot be planted where the bus stop is located
consider/evaluate adding 2-3 upright ornamental trees such as Red Barron Crabapple in the
lawn area behind the sidewalk and east of Building 4. These could add a nice buffer for the
building and help meet the full tree stocking standard.

06/17/2013: For building B, the meters are shown on the east elevation. This is directly in view
of the public street. The code requires that the utility meters, vents, ect. are located so they are
not visible from the public street. For Building B #4, the meters should not be located on the
north or east elevation and for Building B #5, it should not be on the east elevation. Please
relocate.
