Dear Troy:
This letter is to change the Density Calculations that.were submitted on the Site Plan. The
calculations submitted were for the entire PDP Boundary and not specifically the land in the L-M-N
District. The changes are as follows:
L-M-N Gross Acreage 39.26 acres
L-M-N Net Acreage 35.26 acres
Gross Residential Density 3.34 D.U./Acre (2.96 DU/Ac.)
Net Residential Density 3.72 D.U./Acre (3.53 DU/Ac.)
