HomeMy WebLinkAboutRIGDEN FARM, PHASE 1 - PDP - 56-98C - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-HEARINGU,l sm Comma zy Planning and Environmental rvices Current Planning City of Fort Collins August 16, 1999 Dear Resident: On Monday, August 30, 1999, beginning at 7:00 p.m., 281 North College Avenue*, the Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an Administrative Hearing for the Rigden Farm Project Development Plan (PDP), I" filing, #56-98C. This Project Development Plan is the first phase of a multi -phased mixed -use neighborhood. This first phase will consist of 117 single family units, 8 duplex units, 6 multi -family units, and a neighborhood community center all located within the LMN zoning district. This phase will also include several collector and local streets located in the LMN and MMN zoning districts. This PDP consists of 44.24 acres. Both the Hearing Officer and the City Planning Staff consider your interest and input in this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important part of the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, but would like to provide input, written comments are welcome. The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
