Box 100 Wellington, Colorado 80549 Dear Duane, 1 El/cam Thanks for the opportunity to get together with the Board last week. I very much appreciate the cooperation of the North Poudre Irrigation Company with our Rigden Farm project. We received your letter dated January 8, 1999 and have noted your concerns. We agree to items 1, 2, 3, and 5. We also agree in principle with item 4. However, since some of the access you desire is not located on our land, we can make no guarantees for that portion of the desired access which falls outside of our development. We are currently in discussions with the owners of the adjacent property, the Flatiron Companies, and have forwarded a copy of your letter to them. We will work with them to try to obtain the access you need. Please give me a call if you have any concerns or comments. Thank you.
