Re: Rigden Farm Project
Dear Dave,
We appreciated meeting with you on January 6, 1999, in regard to your Rigden Farm
Development. Listed below are the items of concern for North Poudre Irrigation Company
that you will need to address.
i. Crossing permit from North Poudre Irrigation Company for pipeline extending
from the pond to the river at the same location of the old pipe. Permit fee:
$3,500.
2. Waste water structures along east side of the development must incorporate a
riser structure or something similar to dissipate the water before it reaches the
Fossil Creek Inlet ditch. North Poudre must approve this structure design. Fee:
$500 per structure.
3. All waste water must meet state and federal water quality requirements.
4. Permanent access along Fossil Creek Inlet Ditch will be required from the
bridge located at the northeast corner of the project to the south end of your
project as follows:
a. East side of Fossil Creek inlet: 30 ft east from the top east side of inlet
ditch.
b. West side of Fossil Creek inlet: 20 ft west from the top west side of
inlet ditch.
5. Any structures or crossings required by North Poudre for the Rigden Farm
Development will be maintained and the sole responsibility of the developer or
their successors in perpetuity.
Respectfull
