e. Ensure that the Attorney's Certificate, the Surveyor's Certificate,
and all Owner's Certification signature block are signed when you bring
in the final mylars.
f. I noticed on the plat that you have owner's certification for Spring
Creek Farms LLC as an owner. Is they really still a part owner of the
property? I thought the full owner was now Rigden Farm LLC, but I
could be wrong.
g. Note Zoning comment #5. This comment can be addressed by naming
both the plat and PDP "Rigden Farm 3rd Filing - Parkside West P.D.P."
h. Please see the attached Revisions Routing Sheet for the number of
copies that need to be resubmitted.

Staff has reviewed your submittal for final compliance review of Parkside
West at Rigden Farm, and we offer the following comments:
COMMENTS:
1. Water/Wastewater Department, Stormwater Department,
Engineering, Zoning, Technical Services, Transportation Planning:
a. Please see the attached comment sheets and/or redlined plans from
these departments and agencies.
2. Current Planning:
a. Section 2.2.11 of the Land Use Code requires that an applicant submit
revisions based on this letter within 90 days or the project application
becomes null and void. Your response to the City's concerns is due by
July 17, 2001. A 30 day extension to this deadline is available. All
requests for an extension should be directed to the Current Planning
Director. If remaining issues are those that do not require plan
revisions, a status report verifying continuing efforts toward
resolving the issues is required within the same timeline.
b. Based on the amount of outstanding issues from the various
departments, we need another round of final compliance review,
therefore we are not ready for mylars at this time.
c. Label the site plan as sheet 1 of 5, the landscape plan as sheet 2 of 5,
the elevations as sheets 2 of 5 & 3 of 5, and the Narrative as sheet 5
of 5.
d. Put "Director of Planning" and "Owner's Certification" (including notary
block) signature blocks on the site plan. See enclosed example sheets.
