On Friday, February 23, 2001, beginning at 3:30pm, in conference room A at 281
North College Avenue*, the Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an
Administrative Hearing for a development application known as the Rigden Farm
Parkside West P.D.P.
The applicant proposes 48 multifamily 2-Bedroom dwelling units on 3.49 acres. The
project is bounded by Drake Road on the north, Rigden Parkway on the East, Limon
Drive on the South, and Rockford Drive on the West.
If you have any interest or concern about this proposed project, you are encouraged to
attend this public hearing. At the hearing you will have the opportunity to hear from the
city staff and the project applicant about the details of the project. You will also be
given the opportunity to state you views about the project.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy
and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners
may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
