This letter is to clarify the submittal requirements for the Rigden Farm PDP on the
following issues:
1) Certification of Type 1 or Type 2 review — This requirement is hereby waived.
2) Lighting Plan — The requirement to have a lighting plan as part of the original
submittal is hereby waived, however, this requirement does need to be addressed as a
general note on the site plan that states that the minimum lighting levels for walkways
along:
a) commercial areas will be 0.9 foot-candles, and
b) residential areas will be 0.5 foot candles.
