have satisfied their issues, then you can bring in mylars.
c. Once all attached comments have been addressed and revised on your
drawings, please submit the following:
2 copies - signed plat in mylar (we send a copy to the County),
1 copy - utility plans in mylar,
1 copy - site plan in mylar,
1 copy - landscape plan in mylar,
2 additional copies - signed and stamped drainage report.

Staff has reviewed your Final Compliance submittal for LaGrange Multi-
family Housing at Rigden Farm, and we offer the following comments:
COMMENTS:
1. Water/Wastewater Utility Department, Stormwater, Engineering.
a. Please see the comment sheets and the redlined plans from these
departments.
2. Zoning:
a. See attached comment sheet from the Zoning Department.
3. Light & Power:
a. Developer will need to continue to work closely with Light & Power to
resolve any conflicts with installation of other utilities.
4. Current Planning:
a. Section 2.2.11 of the Land Use Code requires that an applicant submit
revisions based on this letter within 90 days or the project application
becomes null and void. Your response to the City's concerns is due by
December 12, 2000. A 30 day extension to this deadline is available. All
requests for an extension should be directed to the Current Planning
Director. If remaining issues are those that do not require plan revisions, a
status report verifying continuing efforts toward resolving the issues is
required within the some timeline.
