Dear Resident/Property Owner
On Wednesday, July 19, 2000, at 4:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the
conference room of the Current Planning Department, 281 North College Avenue, Fort
Collins, CO., 80524, the City of Fort Collins Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an
Administrative Hearing to consider the LaGrange Multi -Family Housing at Rigden
Farm (PDP), #56-98D.
This is a request to develop 97 multi -family housing units on 8.66 acres of land within
the Rigden Farm Development at the northwest corner of Rigden Parkway and Custer
Drive. The proposed units consist of 4 different unit types, including both 2 and 3
bedroom models with 1 and 2 car garages. Units are arranged to open and face
directly onto either the adjacent street sidewalks or onto an open space greenbelt with
an 8-foot wide pedestrian and bicycle path.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of
the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have
been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all
neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
