I just wanted to let you know that engineering and traffic met regarding public versus private streets within
Rigden Farm, 2nd filing.
The result of this is that both streets need to be public or they could convert Rockford Drive to a private
drive. It would need to be designed so that it looks like a drive and not a street. Asa drive they would
also be able to provide parking on it, either parallel or head in.
Although they have units that face Rockford, it would seem that they would be able to be addressed off of
Limon Drive and Des Moines as they also have frontage on those streets. Basically there are no buildings
that would not have street frontage by this change.
The applicant will probably need to verify with PFA that a drive in place of Rockford will work for them.
We are still waiting for information regarding the modification requests. Let me know when they submit
that in.
