Engineering:
I . Grass pavers and driveways have been removed from construction documents.
Individual lot site plans will be provided with building permit applications.
2. The new general notes have been added to the cover sheet.
3. All variance requests are attached. One is for reutilization of the area drain.
4. Plan/Profile sheets have been corrected, and sections have been provided at 100-
foot points.
5. Sidewalk slopes are now between 6% and 7%, and the two segments have been
realigned to run toward each other.
6. Asphalt patching areas have been added to the utility plan, with note.
7. "Flow line" has been changed to "Property line."
8. Plat Comments:
a. Site distance easements have been added at three places on the plat.
b. Site distance easement notes have been added to the plat.
Transp. Planning
1. The sidewalk on south side of Topeka Lane would have been the responsibility of
Rigden Farm Filing One; nothing has changed at that area to demand another
access point. An access, with ramps, has been provided by Rigden Farm Filing
One on the north side of Topeka. Also, an existing fire hydrant is located where
you are requesting a ramp.
2. The trail has been realigned at the alley for continuity.
3. Access ramps are labelled and detailed.
Water/Wastewater
1. Wet and Dry utilities are shown on the utility plan and landscaping plan now.
2. Notes on abandonment of the water and sewer lines have been corrected.
3. Five feet separation now exists between property lines and services.
4. The size of the irrigation line has been added.
5. "Sump" has been removed from all manholes.
6. 0.2' fall has been specified across manholes.
7. Notes on red -lines have been fulfilled.
8. Stationing on SS service lines have been added.
