Dear Resident:
On Thursday November 29, 2001, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the conference room at
281 North College Avenue*, the Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an
Administrative Hearing for development application known as the Rigden Farm, 7m
Filing, Project Development Plan, File #56-98N.
The applicant proposes 18 single-family detached lots, 104 single family attached lots,
and 18 two-family attached lots, constituting a total of 158 units on 16.0 acres. The site
is located within the Rigden Farm Overall Development Plan area, and is in the Low
Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood (LMN) zoning district. The proposed density of the
Project Development Plan is 9.9 dwelling units per gross acre.
If you have any interest or concern about this proposed project, you are encouraged to
attend this public hearing. At the hearing you will have the opportunity to hear from the
city staff and the project applicant about the details of the project. You will also be
given the opportunity to state you views about the project.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy
and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners
may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
