Remarks: From the discussion on Friday, one item was location of ganged meters on street
front of the buildings. Our structures are the tight to established setback/utility
easements and would require additional screen walls. For a change see the attached
partial site plan. This is moving one garage door around to the side and creating a
landscape area to mount the various meters and junction boxes. This would also
bring in some landscaping to the hard surface of drive lane. As shown, the curb for
this proposed area aligns with entry drive, bur would want to actually reduce the
drive to 20' and create more landscape potential.
