After you left our office with the comments, I realized that there were a few comment
sheets that were not included in with the batch of comments you received. Also, the
following additional Current Planning came to mind that I would also like to formally
submit to you:
a) Please number to pages of the site plan, landscape plans, and elevations as part of the
same set of drawings. For example page 1 of 9, 2 of 9 and so forth.
b) We are very concerned that future residents may be surprised to find out that there is
no off-street guest and overflow parking. We would like to ensure that those who buy
units in this development are making an informed decision and realize that they are
buying into a project that has limited parking opportunities. Add a note to the site
plan that initial buyers of the lots will be notified that they are buying into a
configuration with limited guest and overflow parking, that households with more
than two cars will not have on -site parking, and that the city accepts no responsibility
to solve the parking problem at any point in the future. We feel that this will help
minimize potential confusion and frustration of future homeowners.
c) Please see the attached "Revisions Routing Sheet' which indicates the number of
copies that need to be resubmitted.
