Ay Planning and Environmenta. !rvices Current Planning City of Fort Collins Dear Resident: July 28, 2003 On Wednesday, August 20, 2003, at 4:00 p.m. in the conference room at 281 North College Avenue*, the administrative hearing officer will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Rigden Farm, Ninth Filing, Parkside Commons # 56-98T. The applicant proposes 66 two -bedroom, and 5 three -bedroom multifamily dwelling units on 6.36 acres in the Rigden Farm development, located west of Rockford Drive, south of Drake Road, east of Kansas Drive, and north of Limon Drive. The applicant intends for the units to be condominiums that are individually sold. The property is in the MMN — Medium Density Mixed Use Neighborhood zone district. Both the Hearing Officer and the City Planning Staff consider your interest and input in this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important part of the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, but would like to provide input, written comments are welcome. In accordance with the Fort Collins Land Use Code, owners of property within 750 feet of the site are notified of this hearing by mail. The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed.
