On Thursday June 21, 2001, beginning at 4:00 pm, in conference room A at 281 North
College Avenue*, the Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an Administrative
Hearing for development application known as the Rigden Farm Settler's Green
P.D.P.
The applicant proposes 24 single family detached lots, 2 three-plex lots, and one five-
plex lot. All lots have the option of having detached alley loaded garages with home
occupation uses or an additional dwelling unit above the garage. The site is 3.58 acres
in size and is zoned Low Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood (LMN).
If you have any interest or concern about this proposed project, you are encouraged to
attend this public hearing. At the hearing you will have the opportunity to hear from the
city staff and the project applicant about the details of the project. You will also be
given the opportunity to state you views about the project.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy
and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners
may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
