To Whom It May Concern:
Insite Engineering has made its best attempt to address staff comments for their review dated April 25th, 2006.
Please find responses to specific comments below that may require clarification:
• Water and Stone Easements.
Originals for both the fire hydrant relocation and stone sewer inlet were provided with the previous
submittal. Copies have been provided again for this submittal.
• Kimley Hom C-19 Updated Drawing
The Kimley Hom Sheet C-19 has been updated as requested by Insite Engineering. Insite Engineering
has been in contact with Kimley Hom regarding update of this sheet and their sign -off. Kimley Hom has
requested that Insite Engineering provide a signature area on the updated sheet indicating Insite
Engineering modified the plans. This has been done to meet the requests of both the City of Ft. Collins
and the original Master Engineer.
1-1/2" Meter Pit Detail.
This Detail has been removed as there is no construction proposed for a 1-1/2" Meter Pit. The site
already has an existing 1-1/2" Meter Pit.
• Construction Notes and Erosion Control Notes.
Insite Engineering was directed by City staff to provide Erosion Control Notes and Construction Notes.
The notes were provided by staff or taken from the latest available editions on the web. Both sets of notes
have erosion control language of which Insite Engineering is not at liberty to edit. City staff is directing
Insite Engineering in a conflicting way to request the Erosion Control sections of the Construction Notes
be updated with the latest updated City of Ft Collins Erosion Control Notes. Both sets of notes have been
provided as they were provided to Insite Engineering.
