RE: SITE PLAN RESUBMITTAL FOR RIGDEN FARM, 8`h FILING, PAD B, LOT 5, GREASE MONKEY AND
CAR WASH
Dear Steve,
Automotive Development Group, LLC resubmits this application for the Rigden Farm Grease Monkey and Car Wash, which
includes the following documents: 5 Site Plans; 1 Elevation Plans; 3 Landscape Plans,; 3 Hazardous Materials Letter and List;
and 3 Utility Plans including additional Civil Plan documents. The Commercial Service Information Form for Electrical
Service has been submitted directly to Ms. Moore at Fort Collins Electric Utility Department. As requested in your Staff
Project Review dated April 25, 2006, the development documents have been revised as follows:
CURRENT PLANNING
Number 105 — The color of the standing seam metal roof has been identified on the plans and shall match the master
development.
Number 106 — The south elevation of the Grease monkey has been up graded to address aesthetic concerns expressed by staff.
FIRE
Number 104 — An emergency Fire Access Easement has been added to the Site Plan and Utility documents as requested. An
easement document and fee will be submitted separately for recording.
ENGINEERING
All Engineering and Utility Department comments have been addressed in an attached separate letter. Please
