It is the side of the building with the most visual impact on the entry to Rigden Farm, being Custer Drive. The north elevation, internal to the shopping center, is all masonry while the south elevation has a split between masonry and E.I.F.S. siding at a somewhat illogical place. The masonry should continue up to the top trim on the gable section. Topic: fire Number: 104 Created: 4 / 25 / 2006 [4/25/06] The Poudre Fire Authority has indicated that an Emergency Access Easement (EAE), or fire lane, for the shopping center, including this lot/pad site, was to be included on the subdivision plat but was not done so. A fire lane is needed on this site and would have to be dedicated through separate document since this development request is not replatting the property.
