* Because of the prominence of the south elevation of Grease Monkey to
Custer Drive there must be additional building articulation done to that
elevation. Depending on what is happening right inside that wall, could
high windows be included on that elevation? If not, then additional
masonry must be included to soften the EIFS massing. The south
elevation should reflect more the north elevation of that building.

shrubs need only to maintain a 4' separation from the gas line that crosses
that area.
