76. The storm pipe note has been added, referring to the Master Drainage Plans sheet C 19 prepared by
Kimley Horn.
77. The new Fire Hydrant easement has been located/added to the Utility Plan.
78. All requested details have been added.
79. The requested street trench detail has been added to the Plans.
80. All detail text has been adjusted to meet minimum scanning requirements.
TRANSPORTATION PLANNING
1. The bike rack has been added to the Utility Plans.
STORMWATER-WATER-WASTE WATER
1. All Plans have been revised to indicate existing and proposed utilities as requested.
2. A spill containment apparatus has been added to the plan.
3. The proposed storm drain facility has been added to the Landscape Plan.
4. The Utility Plans include a legend and a drainage summary table has been added.
5. A Drainage Study Compliance Letter has been included with this submittal.
6. The previously approved master utility plans for the Shops at Rigden Farm 8`s Filing, shall be revised
by Kimley Horn upon approval of the PDP Site Plan and shall be submitted as part of the FDP.
ZONING
56. The Site Plan has been revised, eliminating all utility information. The scale has been increased to
match the Utility Plans and notes have been adjusted to improve clarity.
57. The unnecessary handicap parking stall and sign have been removed.

41. In order preserve the professional right's of the Master Developer's engineer, we are not able to
revise Kin -ley Horn's sheet C 19. We request a deferral of this request until the PDP Site Plan is approved
and the FDP is submitted.
44. Redline comments have been noted and addressed as requested.
45. Easements are currently being prepared for the Fire Hydrant and the utility easements as requested.
These documents will be submitted upon completion as requested.
60. All provided redlines have been returned with this submittal.
61. The relocated light pole has been located on the Site Plan.
62. A Drainage Letter of Compliance has been provided.
63. General notes 47 and 48 have been added, indicating no private streets are to be maintained and no
variances have been requested.
64. The Vicinity Map on the Utility Plans has been revised.

Dear Steve,
Automotive Development Group, LLC submits the attached revised documents, which includes 6 Project
Response Letters, 6 Site Plans and Elevations, 4 Landscape Plans, 1 Drainage Letter of Compliance, 4
Utility Plans, 1 Lighting Plan and all provided redlined plans. A Staff Review Meeting was held for this
project on January 25, 2006, and review comments have been address as follows:
ENGINEERING
22. All plan titles have been revised as requested.
25. Existing/as built curb lines to the west of the site have been added to the Site, Landscape and Utility
Plans.
32. Two benchmarks have been provided.
33. The Title Block text has been corrected to meet City Standards.
38. The existing and proposed contours have been corrected as best as possible, using survey information
currently available.
40. Text has been adjusted on all plan documents to meet scanning standards.
