[ 11 / 14/05] The title on all of the Plans needs to be `Rigden Farm 8th Filing, Lot 5, Grease Monkey and Car Wash'. The plans need to have the Rigden Farm 8th Filing listed first. Number: 25 Created: 11 / 14/2005 [1/24/06] Not yet shown on the site and landscape plans. [ 11 / 14/05] On the Site, Landscape and the Utility plans need to show the curb line to the west as it was built. Where is the driveway here, curb and gutter etc? Number: 33 Created: 11 / 14/2005 [1/24/06] Still true. It is mostly text in the title block on each page. [11/ 14/05] Some of the text provided on the plans is too small and doesn't meet City min text height and scanning criteria. umber: 38 Created: 11 / 14 / 2005 [1/24/06] Still don't seem to tie along Rigden Parkway. [11/ 14/05] Proposed contour lines do not tie into existing contours. Number: 40 Created: 11 / 14 / 2005 [1/24/061 The worst problems are on the site plan, but make sure that this is reviewed and met. [11/ 14/05] Need to take a look at the scanning standards in Appendix E of the Larimer County Urban Area Street Standards (LCUASS). Need to make sure that these standards are met. Have some text that is too small and text over lines that don't meet scanning standards. Page 1
