Submittal Requirements
Rezonings (Amendment to Teat of Land Use Code and/or Zoning Map)
ol/Petition for rezoning (10 copies). The petition must contain the following
information:
a) Name and address of applicant.
b) Name and address of owner of subject property.
c) Legal description of each proposed zone districts of the property to
be rezoned (if amending the zoning map) plus a map of the area to
be rezoned.
d) Existing text of Land Use Code and proposed language
amendments using strikethrough (for proposed deletions) and
underline (for proposed additions) format (if text amendment is
proposed).
e) Requested zoning classification and any conditions to be voluntarily
placed upon the rezoning (if amending the zoning map).

A 3) Written justification of rezoning request addressing the review criteria
1 contained in Section 2.9.4(H) of the Land Use Code (original and 9 copies).

J6) Three lists of names and addresses of all owners of record of real property
within eight hundred (800') feet (see Supplemental Notice Requirements of
Section 2.2.6 of the Land Use Code for further information) of the property
lines of the parcel of land for which the overall development plan is proposed,
exclusive of public right-of-way. Two lists shall be typed on mailing labels (33
labels per sheet), the other list shall be a reproducible copy of those labels.
