Plans call for the pond outlet to tie in to an existing 24" CMP, the existing pipe in Kansas Drive is a 30" RCP. Please provide a detail for the proposed concrete wing walls in detention pond 212. Please make sure all storm sewers have the minimum 2 foot cover required. Pleasde provide a detail for the proposed pond outlet, as well as a spillway location and detail. Number: 19 Created: 12/17/2004 [12/17/04] Doesn't appear that you are meeting the min cover requirements over the stormline in Limon Dr. The street profile needs to be adjusted so that minimum cover is met. The line is not shown in the Iowa, please show the line so we can verify and show that it does meet cover requirements. Number: 20 Created: 12/17/2004 (12/17/041 Need to provide more information on the plan and profile sheets — I can not tell if the inset parking areas will drain properly and that the center of the street is not dropping where the inset areas are.
