Re: Rigden Farm Filing 10 — Northwest Roads Statement of Purpose
Dear Steve:
JR Engineering as the development consultant and Rigden Farm, LLC and Rigden Development, LLC as
owners are pleased to submit the following Project Development Plan with Subdivision Plat application
for Rigden Farm Filing 10 — Northwest Roads.
Statement of Purpose: The intent of this PDP and subdivision is to construct roadway and utility main
line infrastructure to serve the adjacent unplatted properties. The construction of the roadways shown in
the utility plan set will complete the roadway network within this area of Rigden Farm to serve the
remaining developable land. The platting of the adjacent lands will occur during the design and review
process of the specific parcels. The subdivision plat creates necessary road right of way, which will be
dedicated to the City of Fort Collins for the repair and maintenance of the completed roads.
The following is a list of the proposed street names:

This project will be completed in one phase. The construction is intended to start in spring of 2005 and
be completed by fall of 2005.
