I left a message for one of the applicants that the actual approval process for replat was thru. planning
though they need a minor amendment also for the change in housing type. The co -applicant thought that
Michael Brake (applicant) already knew but I'll await his message. So the other questions raised should
be taken care of by the replat process .... I let Mike know to submit directly to Planning. Sorry for the
confusion. Thanks Sheri for pointing this out ... :at least you'll have most of your comments in already when
they submit for the replat.

I just checked with planning and they say that a replat can not be done by minor amendment - that a replat
has to go thru a process in which there is a hearing (a planning process).
Do you know where it states in the code that a replat can be done by minor amendment? Other project
out here that were doing similar development have done a minor amendment for the use change and a
PDP replat submittal for the replat.
I've probably have gotten myself in the middle of this - but I don't want the applicant to get to the end of
this and find out they still need to go thru the review process with planning for the replat.
Others have thoughts or clarification on this??

On this proposed plan the only condition that would place this into a major amendment catagory would be
if they increased or decreased the number of dwelling units which they are not ... just a change in housing
types. Yes, a replat is permitted via minor amendment though the replat process itself is overseen by your
dept. I will route water/waste water. Thanks.

Didn't think a replat could be done with a minor amendment, but if it can be I need to have the plats
reviewed by Technical Services. I can let them review my copy I just don't know if they need to.
It does not look like they were routed, but water/ wastewater needs to be routed on this project so they can
review the tree placement and separation from utilities. It looks like some of the trees are too close to the
proposed utility lines.
