Dear Mr. Brake:
In accordance with our past discussions, DR Horton would like to confirm that the
building construction on Lots 419 — 420, Rigden Farm Filing Six will be a design that
will not require a rear lot access. Therefore, we have no objections to the removal of the
access of the 25' Access Easement froa Lot M1.
