RE: Rigden Farm Filing 6 Replat of Lots M1 and M5

At your request we have revised the plans for the replat of Lots M 1 and M5 of Rigden
Farm Filing 6 per your comments dated 02-09-2005. Please note the following additional
changes:
1. The 25' access easement on the West side of Lot M 1 will be vacated per the plat.
2. The lot lines on MI have been adjusted, due to the vacated easement, to allow for
more building separation.
3. The grading for Lot M1 has been revised.
4. The Landscaping on Lot M1 has been revised due to new driveway locations.
All redlined plans are included in this resubmittal.
