Dear Resident:
On , Thursday, October 13, 2005, at 5:15 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in
Conference Room A, 281 North College Avenue*, the City of Fort Collins
Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an Administrative Hearing for a development
proposal in your neighborhood commonly known as Rigden Farm, 6th Filing Replat,
Lots M1 and M5, Project Development Plan, #56-98AF.
Request to subdivide Lot M1 (containing 3 dwelling units) into three lots and subdivide
Lot M5 (containing 6 dwelling units) into six lots. There will not be any additional
dwelling units over the number originally approved. The property is located at the
northwest corner of Chase Drive and Annelise Way and at the northeast corner of
Chase Drive and Coffey Parkway and zoned LMN, Low Density Mixed -Use
Neighborhood District.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy
and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners
may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
