Steve Holt:
To the best of my determination at the present time, based upon the requirements
given me by the building department, the duplex at 2602 Canby Way does not
meet the requirements for a party wall that must be met in order to do a replat of
the lot. Therefore, I would like to cancel the minor amendment and replat process.
