1. Your calculations don't reflect the BMP's being utilized. Please correct.
2. On plan sheet #2, please delete the notes under the heading "Grading
and Erosion Control Notes". The notes labeled "Standard Erosion and
Sediment Control Construction Notes" are sufficient.
3. Per your report, there must be a note on the plan indicating seeding
and mulching of all disturbed areas.
4. The plan needs a legend indicating BMP's being utilized.
5. What is protecting the east side of the development from sediment
transport?
6. Etc.

[ 10/ 11 /051 Please provide more spot elevations along the property
boundary, in order to make sure that the site can be developed without
getting on the neighboring properties, it seems that the construction of the
storm line along the south property line might necessitate a temporary
construction easement from the church.
Number: 77 Created: 10/ 11 /2005
[ 10/ 11 /051 The detail of the tie in if the ADS pipe into the existing elliptical
sewer should call for the existing HERCP pipe to be collared at the joint with
the proposed ADS pipe, in order to make sure that this connection will be
water tight.

ISSUES:
Department: Engineering Issue Contact: Marc Virata
Topic: Construction Plans
Number: 72 Created: 10/5/2005
[10/5/05[ Provide a second benchmark for vertical control.
Number: 74 Created: 10/5/2005
[10/5/05[ On Sheet 7 please rearrange the details such that the approval
block can be located on the bottom right corner.
Topic:
Number: 73 Created: 10/5/2005
[10/5/05[ The Landscape Plan incorrectly indicates that a drive over grate
is to be provided, presumably for use on top of the concrete pans in the
drive aisles.
Topic: Plat
Number: 71 Created: 10/4/2005
[10/4/05[ The concept of the plat being entirely Lot 1, with Lot 1 including
building envelopes, and all of Lot 1 being owned by maintained by the HOA
is, I believe, unique. Would a title company have any issues with the
underlying property in which a condo is defined being owned and
maintained by the HOA? It is my understanding that the City Surveyor and
consultant's surveyor discussed this situation recently.
Department: Stormwater Utility Issue Contact: Basil Mandan
Topic: Details
Number: 78 Created: 10/ 11 /2005
[ 10/ 11 /051 Please change the detail subtitles to water details rather than
storm water details.
