SUBJECT: JFK Senior Apartments — Fort Collins, CO
Dear Steve,
As per our discussion this morning, this memorandum confirms that, as a project
financed with Federal taAmdits, the JFK Senior Apartments will be required by law to
record a Regulatory Agreement at such time as the project is completed. This
Agreement will identify an income restriction as well as an age restriction for the
residents, and will be recorded and effective against the property for fifty-five (55) years.
