Dear Steve,
It is necessary that 1 make a clarification to some information I provided to you by telephone
and memo dated June 21, 1999. In that memo I mistakenly reported to you that the age and
income restrictions of the project would be recorded against the property for a period of fifty-five
(55) years.
On closer inspection of our Colorado Housing and Finance Authority Tax Credit Application and
our City of Fort Collins CDBG Application, I've discovered that we have committed to a
restriction period of forty (40) years, and not fifty-five (55) years as I previously stated.
Please accept my apology for the error, and feel free to call me at 562/266-2026 should you
have any questions.
