Re: Statement of Planning Objectives
JFK Senior Apartments — Fort Collins, Colorado
Dear Mike,
The project referenced above is in the H-C, Harmony Corridor District. Multi -family
housing is permitted in the H-C District, subject to compliance with the Harmony Corridor Plan
and a Planning and Zoning Board Review.
The development team will request an Alternative Compliance to the parking requirement
component of the Harmony Corridor Plan. Please see my letter dated November 18, 1998 and
referencing "Alternative Compliance — Parking Ratio" for further details.
With the minor exception of the minimum parking ratio, the development team intends to
comply with the Harmony Corridor Plan. Further, the development team intends to work with
the Planning and Zoning Board Review, and any comments generated therefrom.
We do not anticipate any further planning issues for this development.
Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions.
Sincerely,
Janine Walkup
