Mason Street Fort Collins, Colorado Dear Ms. Wanboff; The above -mentioned property is currently under contract to be purchased by the Salvation Army and the use is to be changed from an electronics retail store to a church. Inconjunction with this proposed change in use is a stall addition as noted on the Site / Land— scape Plan on sheet 1 of 2. The addition, 340 s.f., is to be in an area which is already an impervious material, a concrete apron, and thus world not impact any existing drainage patterns. It is my understanding that any additions less than 350 s.f. in area would need no further action relating to site drainage or detention. Should you have any questions, please call at 221-0499.
