We engaged Northern Engineering to replot a single multifamily lot to six
individual townhome lots, by adding lot lines to the existing building
envelope which tied in with the architectural design. Being classified as
townhomes rather than condos allows us to have the building designated
under the residential building code that the building design was intended.
