Hydraulic Analysis - We have estimated 20 single-family units may contribute flows at ME-28 (THD 2600) from the future development to the north west of the site. It was correct to assume the larger pipe for the analysis where the error between plan and profile pipe size conflicts occurred. These errors have been corrected. The pipe analysis was not reevaluated due to given direction from Boxelder. 2. Easements The sewer extension off MH-28 (THD 2600) is located in Tract R. Tract R is a blanket easement for utilities and drainage. The utility easement for the sanitary sewer on the southeast corner of the site has been extended to encompass the sanitary sewer. 3. General Comments a. District's address has been updated. b. Laterals have been drawn all the way to the sanitary sewer main. A table was provided for the station numbering of the service on each sanitary sewer profile sheet. c. Multi -family sanitary sewer laterals will be presented to the district at a later date. 4.
