From: Susan Joy To: Bob Barkeen; Craig Foreman; Doug Martine; Eric Bracke; Jeff Hill; Pete Wray; Tom Reiff; Wes Lamarque Date: 6/17/04 9:51AM Subject: Re: Trailhead, Lind II Phase and Rickards Sub Rickards Subdivision was Daves and it looks like he had no further comments. His last comment in DMS was "Additional comments will be provided when this project is submitted as a PDP/Building Permit Review." Lind 2nd just needs to get me either: exhibits showing how the narrow lots will be served while still meeting minimum separation requirements between the utilities and street trees, and squeezing in the driveways OR a letter of committment stating something to the effect that some of the narrow lots may not be possible and that they may need to lose a lot in order to fit the driveways, street trees, and utility services. Trailhead - need all offsite grading, drainage easements and temporary constructions easements OR letters of intent from each of the effected property owners. Need a letter from the RR granting permission for the crossings and any work done in their row. I suggest another round of review because the location of the trail has changed AND they need to provide enough preliminary design to show us how the underpass will work. There seems to be enough questions from Craig and Pete to warrant it as well. Craig Forman/Parks and Transportation Planning has criteria for the underpass that they have to design to (including sight distance requirements). Susan >>> Bob Barkeen 06/16/04 12:56PM >>> The Tralhead PDP, Lind Phase II PDP and the Rickards subdivision plat are nearly ready for a hearing (type 1). Please let me know if these projects can proceede to a hearing, or, what information must still be submitted before the hearing may be scheduled (if I dont hear back, III assume there are no issues). I have a possible hearing date of July 12, starting at 5:OOpm. Thanks, Bob
