a 6 foot wood privacy fence along the property line. In addition, the southwest
corner of their site has a detention pond with inadequate room for a pedestrian
connection.

C. Gaylen has been coordinated with and she did not have any definite plans at
this time.
d. The south entrance will be a full access, not just an emergency access.

Re: JFK Senior Apartments — Review Comment Information
Dear Steve:
In order to help clarify some of the items identified in your letter of December 30, 1998, we
offer the following: (The items are identified by number. In the interest of space, we have
not repeated the information presented in your letter.)
1. This item was presented for information only and is noted.
2. Kaufman & Broad will be coordinating with TCI as part of the building permit
process.
3. Kaufman & Broad will be coordinating with US West as part of the building permit
process.
4. Public Service Company
a. The proposed storm sewer has been deleted.
b. The proposed tree locations have been modified.
5. Building Inspections comments will be included in the plans submitted by Kaufman &
Broad for the building permit process.
6. Poudre Fire Authority
a. The driveway will be utilized as the fire lane. A fire service line has been
added to all buildings.
b. This item will be addressed with the building permit.
C. Fire hydrant spacing has been set so that no building is greater than 300 feet
from a hydrant.
d. The turn -about has been deleted.
7. Zoning Department
a. The easement has been moved away from the carports. The parking issue is
