I have reviewed the above referenced annexation materials for impacts on Larimer County. It is not
clear from the annexation materials how the property will be accessed. The potential impacts are likely
on off of Timberline or Trilby Roads. New development should notify the Larimer County
Engineering Department, regarding issues such as traffic impacts on the existing road, appropriate
access points, etc.
No other impacts on Larimer County are apparent at this time. Thank you for allowing me to consider
this annexation.
