I am finally gettingthis exhibit for a replat submitted to you for a conceptual review. What has
Facilitated this change is that Centex Homes purchased the platted property from Tom Dougherty
And Mike Sollenber. er. They have a desire to put multi -family units on lots 98 and 135, but to do

Re; Linden Park Replat
Dear Mr. Ash,
I was able to track down your amended replat for the Linden Park Subdivision. This
amendment would replat 10 existing lots to accommodate two multi -family residential
buildings. After reviewing the proposed amendments, I can offer you the following comments:
Replating the existing lots will be processed as an administrative review (Type 1),
pursuant to Division_2.2 of LUC. In the event variances or waivers are requested, this
will require the application to be presented to the Planning and Zoning Board for
consideration (Type 2).
Replacing the two duplex buildings with multi -family will require a minor amendment
to be submitted for review. Such amendment will include a revised site plan and
building elevations.
The application fee for the amendments would be:
Replat - $100 per lot, 10 lots total $1,000.00
Minor amendment to the PDP $192.00
mailing labels $.50 each
Additional utility plans may be requested depending upon the impacts of the proposed
amendments. Attending a conceptual review meeting will be helpful to determine the extent of
additional information which may be needed.
