TIMBERLINE IMPROVEMENTS ♦ Interim striping and signing, grading and cross -sections were added. DETAIL ♦ Under drain details added to sheet 38 of 50 for the cleanouts and services. ♦ Under drain notes referencing Sections 2.3 and 3.4 were added to the under drain cleanout detail on sheet 38. ♦ Mid -Block detail 12.6 was added to detail sheet 40. PHASING PLAN ♦ Barricades, temporary cul-de-sacs and hydrants were added. Redlines were done. INTERIM TIMBERLINE RPROVEMENTS ♦ Met with City Engineering, addressed redline comments. LIGHT & POWER ♦ An agreement between Doug Martine of City Light & Power and the developer has been reached for the City to acquire the necessary easement to supply this site. ♦ Street trees coordination has been done. NATURAL RESOURCES All parties have agreed to the arrangement proposed in the Linden Park plan set. Currently we are awaiting signature. ♦ Discussed this with Bob Zackley. Plans have been standardized with drainage and erosion control on sheets 42 & 43. Grading will reference sheets 5 & 6. ♦ Cost changed on the erosion control calculations sheet in the drainage report. Project No. 0930-001 Dear Mr. Fuchs: Enclosed are responses to the City of Fort Collins comment sheets from the review of the Linden Park P.D.P. submittal on June 6, 2000. ENGINEERING GENERAL COMMENTS ♦ Redline comments addressed. See plan set. ♦ Subdrain pipe changed to AASHTO M267-77 or ASTM 3034. ♦ All sheets title changed to "Linden Park Final Compliance Plans Fort Collins, Colorado' PLAT ♦ Planning Statement added. OVERALL UTILITY PLAN ♦ Emergency Access Easement was shown and labeled on previous submittal. We have know enhanced it. SANITARY SEWER PLAN & PROFILE ♦ Outfall from the underdrain will add a minimal 0.48 cfs at build out. This will not affect the 100-year flow event in the channel south of Trilby. This is a repeat response. LOCAL STREETS ♦ White Willow Drive: Construction stopped short of property line and 4:1 tie-ins are now shown. ♦ Fossil Creek Parkway East: Vertical Curves added and Timberline note added. ♦ Prairie Hill Drive West: Mid -Block Ramp Detail added.
